Can you assist with base, installation, and configuration recommendations?
Yes. Different umbrella types have different requirements for base weight, anchoring method, site conditions, and usage intensity — especially cantilever umbrellas, giant umbrellas, and multi-canopy systems, which benefit from early confirmation of foundation and installation plans. TEMPO can help clients work through these conditions during the product recommendation stage.

How are bulk production lead times typically assessed?
Lead times depend on product type, order volume, customization depth, fabric and component readiness, and production scheduling. Standard projects are relatively straightforward to estimate. What does the sampling process look like?
Typically, we first clarify project requirements — umbrella type, size range, fabric, color, surface treatment, logo, and packaging — then move into sample confirmation and subsequent production planning.
