We operate a production base in Nantong, China and a design and showroom center in Suzhou, China. We have a branch office in Alabama, USA, a permanent showroom in Atlanta, USA, a regional support team in the UK, and are establishing a small warehouse and pop-up showroom in Europe in 2026. Think of us as “manufacturing capability + overseas support” rather than simply a manufacturer.

TEMPO primarily serves brand clients, distributors, hotel and hospitality groups, project procurement teams, and partners requiring OEM, ODM, or private label support. We cover both large-volume commercial projects and higher-end professional market requirements.

TEMPO operates two production platforms in Nantong, China, with a combined annual capacity of over 1,500,000 + 850,000 umbrellas. This enables us to support both large-scale standardized projects and programs focused on differentiation and specialized market positioning.

TEMPO integrates quality control throughout development, production, and final inspection, with in-house laboratory and functional testing capabilities. We have long-term, stable partnerships with external laboratories such as TÜV and Bureau Veritas (BV), enabling us to meet testing and certification requirements across different markets.

MOQ varies based on product type, customization level, fabric, and packaging requirements. Projects with higher standardization have more flexible MOQs; deeply customized projects require a comprehensive assessment of structure, fabric, and supporting components. We do accept trial orders — whether a low MOQ is feasible depends on the specific umbrella type, customization scope, and delivery window.
