Metal machining, die-casting, injection molding, sewing, and powder coating/baking paint—all done in-house. Even parts that many factories outsource (like injection-molded components) are made on our own lines to keep quality uniform.

We weave and finish our own fabrics, including patented SUNTEC 4 / 5. This gives us stable color, weather resistance, and supply assurance from batch to batch.
